Check-in
Check-in from 2.00pm.
We offer a convenient self check-in process that allows 24-hour access. Your key can be retrieved from the Key-safe at the entrance to your apartment. The retrieval code will be sent to you via SMS on the morning of your arrival. Please ensure you have access to the mobile phone that you provided details of at the time of booking.
Check-out
Check-out by 10.00am.
Please ensure your account has been settled to your satisfaction before 10.00am, or your credit card on file will automatically be charged. Please ensure the key is placed back in the safety deposit box upon your departure.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full particulars (including credit card) of the person in charge of the booking.
Damage
Damage to the property during your stay must be reported. If damage is caused by the registered guest or party then the relevant cost incurred to repair or replace the damaged item or area will be the responsibility of the person in charge of the booking.
Pets
No pets are to be brought onto the premises.
Parking
Car parking is free and on-site - one car space is available per unit. Street parking is available and free for additional cars/guests. There is plenty of space in an adjacent parking lot for boats and trailers, etc.
Smoking
There is no smoking allowed inside the apartments. A $250.00 fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside the apartment.
General Conditions:
The apartments must be left neat and tidy with dishes in the dishwasher and dishwasher turned on prior to leaving.
All electricals must be turned off prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours notice – full refund except for long weekends and public holidays.
- Less than 48 hours notice - one night’s accommodation will be charged.
- Long weekends, public holidays - No refund inside 7 days. Full refund outside 7 days.
Event Weekend Cancellation Policy: e.g. Festivals (sporting, music, wine, swap meets, business etc) Carnivals (sporting/recreational), etc. - No cancellation permitted.
